The app
The app is free and is distributed through the App Store (until it is published — as a TestFlight beta). Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement (EULA) applies together with these terms. The app has no in-app purchases.
Working with real data requires a portal with the neonworks.voice module installed; without a portal a demo mode with fictional colleagues is available.
The portal module
The neonworks.voice module is installed by the administrator of an on-premise Bitrix24 portal on the organisation's own server. Back up your portal before installing. The module is provided “as is”, without warranty; the organisation that owns the portal is responsible for installation, access settings and data on its server.
Bitrix24 Cloud is not supported yet.
License
After installation the module automatically gets a trial: 30 days, 5 seats. After that you need a license for the number of seats you need — each employee who pairs a phone takes a seat. The license key is entered in the module settings. Pricing is available on request through the support form.
When the trial or license ends, or all seats are taken, sending messages and pairing new phones may be unavailable until the license is renewed.
Your messages
Messages are sent on your behalf. Check the recipient and text on the card before sending — you have a few seconds to cancel or edit. Do not use the app for messaging that your organisation's rules prohibit.
